Brought in a custom NH35 bronzer a few days ago, that needed a dial face repair, and movement replacement/regulated, got it back today, fixed up and regulated, no charge. These people are awesome to work with, Micheal I believe is the watchmaker/repairs guy, was absolutely awesome of him to do a courtesy repair on a watch I've had for a long time.

First time doing business with this very welcoming jewelry store. We had a pricey ring (purchased elsewhere) sized-down here. Employees were extremely friendly and helpful, the repair was priced fairly, workmanship was perfect, and it was ready for pickup well before it was even promised! This little jewelry store is a “gem”!!

Amazing customer service at J&B Jewelers. Jamie helped clean my chain for free and it came out looking brand new. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It’s rare to find service like that these days. Highly recommend stopping by!

My sister bought me a Harley Davidson pink bike chain bracelet. It was way too big. I brought it to J&B Jewelry in ormond beach. Britney was so nice. She took 2 links off and it fit perfectly. Britney was very sweet, kind & professional. Matter of fact all the people who work there are cool

JB Jewelers is the best jeweler in town! The staff is patient, friendly, and knowledgeable, and they truly want you to find something you love.
